• Payment must be remitted in full prior to the work.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• From the start of production to delivery, about 1 to 1 month.The start of production will depend on the production schedule at that time.

 

USE

• All Copyright over the art will belong to the artist.

• You may not use my work for commercial purposes without my permission.Price will be adjusted for commercial use. ($300 USD)

• Credit must be given for any use of the work.

REFUNDS

• The artist has the right to cancel the order if there is any breach in the terms in any given moment.

• In case the payment has not been made yet, the contractor has the right to cancel the order by sending a message requesting the order to be canceled.

• If any kind of refund is forced via third party, all the rights over the art will be revoked from the contractor and the artist will retain the right over the art, having the right to sell to other buyers. The offending contractor will no longer be accepted for art commissioning after the incident.
